All Executive Level Memberships are a premium membership designed to maximize your Pets Canada experience. All Executive Level memberships carry the same base benefits as Category C while adding increased visibility, discounts reaching the thousands every year and a prime location on our website, trade shows and Annual Report.
You can upgrade your membership to Executive Level at any time by contacting our membership team, just click the button at the bottom of the page to send us an email!
We’re here to help you make the most of your membership and answer any questions you may have.
All memberships will automatically renew every year on your join date. You’ll receive one reminder 1 month before your membership is automatically renewed and a receipt after payment has been processed. Your membership will automatically be cancelled 1 week after your expiration date if payment is not made. Memberships can also be cancelled at any time through your Pets Canada account.
To cancel your Pets Canada membership, log in to your Pets Canada account and navigate to the Subscriptions section. From there, you will be guided through the membership cancellation process.
Please note that membership fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current membership term (one year from your most recent payment date), after which it will not renew. No refund or partial reimbursement will be provided for any unused portion of your membership.
