Category A focuses on pet service providers, retailers & veterinary clinics to give them all the resources they may need to advance in the pet industry. Category B is designed for individuals involved or interested in the pet industry, but are not affiliated with any pet industry companies. Category C focuses on manufacturers, distributors & livestock dealers, and is required for the purchase of a booth at one of our industry shows.
You can upgrade your membership at any time by reaching out to our membership team or by heading to our Membership page to view our Executive Level Memberships.
We’re here to help you make the most of your membership and answer any questions you may have.
All memberships will automatically renew every year on your join date. You’ll receive one reminder 1 month before your membership is automatically renewed and a receipt after payment has been processed. Your membership will automatically be cancelled 1 week after your expiration date if payment is not made. Memberships can also be cancelled at any time through your Pets Canada account.
To cancel your Pets Canada membership, log in to your Pets Canada account and navigate to the Subscriptions section. From there, you will be guided through the membership cancellation process.
Please note that membership fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current membership term (one year from your most recent payment date), after which it will not renew. No refund or partial reimbursement will be provided for any unused portion of your membership.
