Position:  Sales Representative

 Territory:     Eastern Ontario

 Role Overview: 
 -        To promote and develop HURRAW in Eastern Ontario

-          Support the Ontario distributor and their sales representatives

-          Submit weekly reports on retailer visits

-          Participate in the selected industry trade shows, such as the Pets Canada show in Ontario and Western Canada

-          Participate in selected consumers shows in Ontario

-          Potential to participate in international trade shows

-          Participate in instore demos

-          Develop a network of ambassadors for instore demos and consumers shows

 

Work with retailers:   
 -        Train the retailer employees on Hurraw

-          Ensure proper positioning of Hurraw on the shelves

-          Ensure proper inventory turnover

-          Listen to the retailers, see what can be done to help them, and collect at the same time information on the market and on the competition

-          Immediately after leaving the retailer, document all interactions that took place during the visit


Work schedule:    
      
A sales representative typically spends four days a week out in the field, connecting with retailers and building strong relationships face-to-face. One day is dedicated to working from home—organizing appointments for the upcoming week, completing follow-ups, and writing reports to ensure everything runs smoothly. On average, a rep visits about five retailers per day, keeping the pace lively and the connections meaningful.

 

Salary:               65,000$ base + commission

-          A second Hurraw rep in Ontario to support you when needed
